Washington H.S/HSEP and received my Bachelors in Economics from the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner). I have over 10 years with publicly and privately held corporations. There I learned the importance of client relations, effective communication and going above and beyond for my customer.

I come from a loving and supportive family who has instilled core values in me of my faith in GOD, hardwork and respecting others. I am the proud mother and wife of a beautiful son and daughter who teach me to appreciate life everyday and a supportive and loving husband. I am a member of Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

I am a native Houstonian and have a wealth of knowledge about this vast city. I have always lived in the west quadrants of Houston and I am extremely familiar with the area. My wife and I reside in the energy corridor. I really enjoy getting to know people, and assisting them with their exciting decisions. Johanna Lara is a native Houstonian, who grew up in the Southbelt Area. She is very versed in the Southbelt/Clear Lake/Pearland area, as well as homes in the Spring, Conroe, & Woodlands area. Johanna was introduced to the real estate profession at the age of 18 and attended Champions School of Real Estate and earned her Real Estate license in 2005. She loves to work with first time home buyers, simply because she loves to share her knowledge and experiences with the newbies. However, she does find it refreshing to work with seasoned and practiced home owners and buyers.

She enjoys buying and selling historical homes, resale homes as well as new construction builds. Kristin is a Native Houstonian, attended UH (the Moores School of Music), was married and started her family here. She plays cello professionally and loves to invite her clients to come hear her play live concerts. Cello and Real Estate go hand in hand. They both require hours of behind the scene practice/work, extreme attention to detail and demand that one has a passion for the art/work.

She is a Pearland Citizens Police Academy Alumni, resides in Pearland with her husband, daughters and beloved pets!
