Kristin Logan

Kristin has been involved with real estate since she started working for a real estate firm during college and found a true passion for the industry. She loves to work with first time home buyers, simply because she loves to share her knowledge and experiences with the newbies. However, she does find it refreshing to work with seasoned and practiced home owners and buyers.

She enjoys buying and selling historical homes, resale homes as well as new construction builds. Kristin is a Native Houstonian, attended UH (the Moores School of Music), was married and started her family here. She plays cello professionally and loves to invite her clients to come hear her play live concerts. Cello and Real Estate go hand in hand. They both require hours of behind the scene practice/work, extreme attention to detail and demand that one has a passion for the art/work.

Whether it's unusual, legal contract jargon or a gazillion music notes on a page, Kristin enjoys and welcomes a good challenge. She is a Pearland Citizens Police Academy Alumni, resides in Pearland with her husband, daughters and beloved pets! Kristin, along with her family, loves to explore Houston eateries, attend live concerts, pretend to be well-versed in vino, and travel.
