Patricia is originally from Colombia and has lived in Houston since 2000. She has a degree in Business Administration, and obtained a Master's Degree (MBA) with emphasis in finance and marketing from The University of St. Thomas in Houston. Her resume also includes 15 years of experience as a real estate agent and more than 10 years in the banking industry, particularly in the area of mortgages. Her knowledge of Real Estate market, negotiation skills and dedication to her international clients are the perfect combination for success. She specializes in Galleria Area, inside the loop and new construction developments.

Patricia Grijalva was born and raised in Mexico City. She finished the credit requirements for a B.A. in History at the Universidad Ibero Americana. She moved to the United States in 1998 and has made Houston her home ever since. She obtained her Real Estate license in 2000 and has built a successful career as a Real Estate Agent. She has received numerous awards that include "Exceptional Performance" awarded to her by The Woodlands Development Company in 2006 and 2007; "Number One Realtor" (Highest Dollar Volume) awarded to her by The Woodlands Development Company in 2009; and "Top Producer" every year since 2006. She is completely fluent in Spanish and her bi-cultural background has allowed her to help hundreds of clients make a smooth transition as they move to this country from Latin America. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Jim was a classroom teacher, a counselor, a principal, and a school district administrator. As he says, “Education was not just a job for me – I was called to be a teacher. Jim Barker is a native Houstonian who has lived his entire life in the Greater Houston area. He holds a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MS from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. Jim is a member of Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church, where he serves as a Eucharistic Visitor. In addition to his church activities, he enjoys travel, architecture, Houston’s history and photography.
