Shian originates from North Wales in United Kingdom and spent a large portion of her childhood living in the Netherlands. Since her two children were born, Shian has moved extensively within the United Kingdom and to countries including Singapore, Australia, Canada and USA. In these countries Shian and her family rented, built new construction homes and purchased homes via each countries different processes. This personal experience allows Shian to help you navigate this complex process whether you are a native Houstonian or and expatriate family. Shian has lived in Houston for the last eight years, firstly in Katy and currently in Houston Post Oak district. She has two children in their twenties, both in Universities out of state. Her daughter is a Musical theatre major and was heavily involved in the theatre scene here in Houston, performing at both the Hobby Center and Miller Outdoor Theatre with Theatre under the Stars. This has given Shian an invaluable connection to Houston and a love of our unique, diverse community.
