Raymond De Leon came to real estate from the insurance world. Bill has lived in the Katy/West Houston area for over 40 years. Bill spent 29 years in the oil industry. The last 24 years with Conoco Inc. in various management positions retiring in December 1993.
He began his real estate practice in 1996. He works with buyers and sellers in the areas of: Katy, Brookshire, Sealy, Cypress, Fulshear, north Richmond, Sugar Land, West Houston, Spring Branch, and Memorial.
