My name is Brett Tyson and I am a Real Estate Agent with Winhill Advisors Kirby in Houston. As a native Houstonian, I know the areas and the market very well, so let me work with you on any of your real estate needs to ensure a smooth and first class experience.

I have lived in the Greater Houston Area more than 10 years and come from a long history of real estate enthusiast. My background is in investments and I hold a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing as well as have 22+ years of Navy experience as a Logistics Officer. My areas of expertise are military relocations, new construction, tax foreclosures and investment properties. Working with me, you can expect honesty with the highest level of integrity! You'll be hard pressed to find an agent with more enthusiasm and passion for the business as well as commitment and dedication to his clients.

I was born and raised in Richmond, Texas and graduated from Lamar High School. After high school graduation, I was an exchange student for one year in Sweden. Upon my return to the United States, I received a Bachelor of Business degree and a teaching certificate from the University of Houston. I later went on to teach at a local high school. I taught Business Computer Information Systems, Keyboarding, and Introduction to Business. I was also the leader and coordinator of the MOS Certification program and continue to volunteer as one of the Class of 2008 Sponsors. I also find myself actively involved at my daughter's elementary school. I am now part of the PTA of which I recently volunteered for the position of Teacher Appreciation Coordinator. Staying involved in the community not only gives me a personal satisfaction, but it also keeps me up to date on what is going on in the local Fort Bend County area. All of this helps me be a better wife, mom, and Realtor®.

A former freelance marketing specialist and father of three, Paul got his initial start in real estate by investing in local residential properties.
