"The influx of people coming into The Woodlands and Montgomery County has been a contributing factor," he said. "We create more jobs in Texas than any other state, and people go where the jobs are. He has continued to receive numerous national and local honors for his top production and been ranked among the top one percent of real estate sales professionals.
What is particularly impressive about Paul is the high amount of repeat business from clients who have been satisfied with his exceptional performance and the referrals he receives from them. He has the expertise and people skills to work with a wide spectrum of clients - from first-time home buyers to savvy real estate investors.
A former freelance marketing specialist and father of three, Paul got his initial start in real estate by investing in local residential properties. Licensed since 2003, Paul said his success is attributable to his attention to delivering excellent customer service. “I focus on helping people achieve their goals,” he said. “When I’m working with a client, I’m available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It’s what I would want from a Realtor. I wouldn’t expect my clients to settle for less.”
