My husband, Kevin, and I have lived in the Houston Northwest area over 35 years. We have 2 children who attended Cy-Fair schools. Our daughter is a graduate of Texas State University and our son is graduate of Texas A&M. Between the 2, we now have 4 wonderful grandchildren!

I began my real estate career in 1995 and have enjoyed working with a diverse client base. My joy comes from satisfying my client's real estate needs - whether it is assisting in selling their home or buying their dream home. My goal is to leave each of my clients pleased with the transaction process and with my ability to walk them stress-free through the process.

My areas of expertise include the West to Northwest areas of Houston, Katy, Spring, Tomball, Magnolia and The Woodlands.

Originally from Colorado, Theyen has called Houston home since she was a young kid when her family decided to move. She considers herself a Houstonian and her roots are very deep in this great city. She attended The University of Houston and The Culinary Institute LeNotre leading to her fondness of Houston's wonderful, dynamic dining experiences. When leisure time allows, Theyen enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Luke, and traveling.
