Brianna Sharum is a native Houstonian with a passion for real estate. She graduated from Rice University with a major in economics and a minor in business before going into real estate full time as a realtor with United Real Estate. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Brianna specializes in listing properties in Houston and its surrounding suburbs, and she has experience in owner finance.

Nancy is constantly exploring and researching local communities in order to guide her clients best, especially those new to the area. She understands the process of an out-of-state move and is an open book. Her goal is to earn your trust and give you the special attention needed for a smooth transition. She provides a full service experience, including guided local tours, market data analysis and reports, and listens carefully in order to meet your specific home buying/selling needs. Her newest interest is helping first-time investors. She grew up surrounded by real estate investors and has personally managed multiple properties for over 15 years. She witnessed the financial freedom real estate investors gained after many years of hard work and tough lessons. She is constantly on the look-out for new opportunities to help others build wealth and assist aspiring investors to purchase, sell or manage real estate investments. This includes first-time home buyers! You can find Nancy and her husband Luis (a local firefighter in west Houston) on social media sharing DIY home projects or taking day trips with their two boys.
