They should promote your listing to buyers and other agents daily, you should see the showing traffic come through the property and your Realtor should also hold open houses to get drive by traffic in to view the home plus invite neighbors over just in case they know of anyone looking to buy in the area. Your agent should keep you updated regularly on what marketing has been done, number of inquiries and showings and any feedback they receive on the home as well as what else is happening in the neighborhood. There are several sections that relate to the location of the property that need to be completed in order for the information to show up on the listing correctly. There is also the remote chance that the home doesn\'t show up if it is a brand new build in an area that has not been mapped.
