Greg has a deserved reputation for authenticity, integrity, uniqueness, and the highest level of professionalism. Greg is committed to serving his clients with honesty, empathy, and dignity. Greg sees people, not price tags.

His deep roots give him a strong connection to the greater Houston area. A third generation Houstonian, graduate of the University of Houston, former teacher in the Houston Independent School District and Houston Community College, Greg knows Houston, and Houstonians. 

A skilled negotiator, Greg always represents his clients" best interests and is exceptionally empathetic to each one's unique situation and needs. He appreciates the magnitude of the investment his clients are making, and is sensitive to the importance a home plays in people's lives. "I was a teacher for 11 years before switching my career to residential real estate sales in 2008. I understand that my client's home is more than a structure; often, it's where they hope to raise, or have raised, their family. They are making a big change and I want to help them to navigate through it successfully."

Greg takes an active role in community and professional concerns.  Greg is a National Realtors Association certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR). He appreciates the stress that a homeowner can find themselves in when confronted with this crisis. He has the training, the support and the temperament to assist his clients in guiding them through this difficult time in their lives

Greg has served on the Houston Association of Realtors Public Affairs Committee. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in history and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Houston, graduated from the United States Marine Corps boot camp, and received an honorable discharge from the Marine Reserves.

When time permits, Gregory and his wife enjoy going to one of Houston's many great parks.
