Before entering residential real estate, Grecia founded The Apartment Reps, a Texas and New York–based relocation company that partnered with corporations to help their international employees relocate to the U.S. and transition into rental homes and high-rise living. Over time, many of those clients evolved into homeowners and investors, naturally flowing into SG Signature Group as long-term relationships.
