Grecia Roca is a Houston-based real estate advisor with SG Signature Group, working with buyers, sellers, and investors across the city with a focus on residential sales, new developments, and strategic acquisitions.

Before entering residential real estate, Grecia founded The Apartment Reps, a Texas and New York–based relocation company that partnered with corporations to help their international employees relocate to the U.S. and transition into rental homes and high-rise living. Over time, many of those clients evolved into homeowners and investors, naturally flowing into SG Signature Group as long-term relationships.

Throughout her career, Grecia has worked across many of Houston’s most sought-after neighborhoods, including West University, Afton Oaks, Crestwood, Memorial, Tanglewood, Garden Oaks, and Sienna, spanning both off-market and MLS transactions.

Her work is defined by a disciplined understanding of market analytics and an ability to interpret value beyond surface-level metrics. She approaches each opportunity with clarity and precision, allowing for positioning that is both deliberate and informed. As a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor and Real Estate Negotiation Expert, she brings consistency and control to each engagement.
