Grace was recommended to my husband and me by a mutual friend and did an incredible job at helping us find a rental home. We scheduled a phone call with her in which she answered all of our questions and reviewed our wants/needs since this was our first time renting anything other than an apartment. She sent us a personal list of available home and the first home we went to see in person was the one we wanted. We made her job a bit difficult by having a dog and past work hours of paperwork, but she continued to vouch for us and ultimately scored us the home we wanted. We can’t wait to work with her in the future when we’re ready to buy!

Grace went above and beyond for me when I was apartment hunting. She handled all of the communication and scheduling, making the process so easy! I was so impressed and grateful to have her as my realtor. I highly recommend choosing her for a very stress-free, professional experience!

Grace has helped us sell our last two homes. She did a fabulous job and made for a flawless process. She was a summer intern in 2019 when she sold our first home under the watchful eye of Beth Ferester in just 13 days. By the time we sold our second home in 2021, Grace was a full time realtor with Ferester and again, sold our home for over asking price in just a few days. Grace is very professional and extremely in tune to the real estate market…but I would expect nothing less, as she is working with the amazing team at CorcoranFerester!

Grace helped us find a property while we were pressed for time, and from out-of-state. She was knowledgeable, professional & so wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond, and met all of our expectations! We will be working with her on our future transactions!
