Born and raised in Waco, Texas, Gloria Nino attended McClennan Community College before heading off to the big city! After attending the University of Houston, Gloria worked abroad for several years as Director of Public Relations for CASOLAR, Resort and Development Co. in Manzanillo, Mexico. Upon her return to the U.S., Gloria’s work as a Leasing Consultant led to her curiosity in Real Estate Brokerage.
In 1984, she received her Texas Real Estate Broker’s License and established Nino & Associates; a full service company that would be the 1st ever in Houston entirely dedicated to serving the corporate housing market.
Since founding Nino & Associates in 1984, Gloria’s invaluable insight, vision and leadership have made a huge impact on the Greater Houston area Real Estate and Relocation industries. She is considered one of the most knowledgeable Realtors in Houston and her dedication to providing all of our clients with the most exemplary service truly set Nino apart. This commitment to success is shared with all those around her.
Gloria is responsible for daily operations of the full service real estate brokerage, including Business Development and Marketing. As the President, she oversees the recruitment, training and development of her Real Estate Agents. Gloria is always energetic and excited about the ever changing Houston Real Estate Brokerage market and its new developments.
Gloria holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License and has served on a number of industry-related local, state and national boards related to corporate housing, residential sales and rental assistance. Not only is she a successful businesswoman, but she is also dedicated to giving back to the community. Gloria is a co-founder of the Houston Furniture Bank, a founding advisory board member of Teach for America and a member of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Gloria is a caring wife and mother of two boys, ages 11 and 18.
