Gail is a native Houstonian, born and raised in Spring Branch; later living in the Heights, Spring and Tomball areas. A graduate from Westfield High School, she went on to obtain her Bachelor's from the University of Houston Central Campus. While at U of H, she was a member of The National Scholars Honor Society. Gail later received her teaching and administrative certifications from The University of St. Thomas and attended Graduate School at The University of Texas Public Health School in the Texas Medical Center.
After college, Gail taught middle school history and later became a middle school administrator, serving as a Dean of Students, in Houston ISD for a combined 12 years. She left the education field to pursue real estate full time while realizing her special talent in assisting family and friends in finding their dream homes. She continues to be a resource for all her clients even after they purchase their homes, with money saving tips.
Her ability to tailor each client's goals with a market plan designed specifically for them while providing a full service experience, gives her a unique edge. With successful experience in selling residential and listing commercial real estate, her Designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert, gives clients the confidence in selling and buying with Gail and her team.
As a top producer, Gail was chosen as a Rising Star in Real Estate, being featured in Houston Real Producers magazine (December 2018 issue). She was also awarded into Intero's Executive Circle yearly since 2015 till 2021. In 2022, Gail earned her Broker license. Now with her team, they provide their clients with a top notch experience.
Serving and volunteering in the community remains paramount to Gail. She volunteered in India with the Maternal & Child Health Care Research Study in 2006 and received recognition from the city of Houston in the H1N1 Community Immunization effort in 2010. She continues local outreach activities with the Association of Hispanic School Administrators, an organization that awards scholarships to deserving high school seniors in pursuit of higher education. Other community activities include building homes with Habitat for Humanity, organizing blood drives for Gulf Coast Regional Center and donating lunches to the Covid unit nurses at Memorial Hermann.
