Fred A. Paskell has dedicated nearly two decades to serving the Houston community as a trusted leader in real estate and investment strategy. A native Texan and U.S. Army Combat Veteran, he brings a rare combination of discipline, integrity, and expertise to every engagement.
Fred began his career in commercial real estate, gaining deep experience in brokerage, valuation, and investment analysis while serving at world-class firms including Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, Mohr Partners, and The Newmark Group. In 2018, he launched his own practice, where he continues to advise clients on investment analysis, while also building a strong investment portfolio in both commercial residential real estate.
For homeowners looking to sell, Fred specializes in offering two clear paths: representing clients in the open market to achieve maximum value, or providing a direct purchase option through his investment company, Hero Homebuyers, for those seeking a faster, more streamlined sale.
Academically, Fred holds both an MBA in Real Estate Finance and a BBA in Marketing, cum laude with honors, from the University of Houston, after starting his studies at Louisiana State University. He is also a CCIM designee, the pinnacle distinction in commercial investment real estate, reflecting his commitment to excellence and mastery in the field.
Before entering real estate, Fred served 10 years in the U.S. Army, completing two combat tours in Iraq with the 7th Squadron, 6th Cavalry Regiment as an AH-64 Apache Helicopter Crew Chief, and achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. His military service instilled a lifelong dedication to leadership, resilience, and service to others.
Beyond his professional work, Fred is an avid scuba diver of more than 26 years, certified as a divemaster, rescue diver, and technical diver. He enjoys exploring offshore platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, spearfishing, poker, fishing, and staying active. A strong supporter of the veteran community, he volunteers with organizations that serve disabled veterans, including his role on the Armed Forces Appreciation Committee at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
