I have an extensive knowledge of many different aspects of real estate sales from small single family homes to large estates and have experience in the mortgage industry (especially the loan process as it relates to the purchase of a single family home). I have sold many properties with investors and know the "ins and outs" of income producing properties. I have also sold large tracts of land used for timber plantation and hunting.
