I am currently building and also preparing to sell two of my rental properties, and there s no question that I ll be working with Evan and his team on those as well. The only complaint I have is that he doesn t work everywhere in Texas. I have some properties in Dallas and unfortunately can t use him there, which is disappointing because I know no one else will provide the same level of service.
