“This is the seventh or eighth time I ve worked with Evan and his team, and once again they have exceeded my expectations. Evan is always responsive, knowledgeable, up to date, and punctual. He makes the entire process smooth and enjoyable every time. I am currently building and also preparing to sell two of my rental properties, and there s no question that I ll be working with Evan and his team on those as well. The only complaint I have is that he doesn t work everywhere in Texas. I have some properties in Dallas and unfortunately can t use him there, which is disappointing because I know no one else will provide the same level of service. For anything in Houston, Evan is the realtor® and I highly recommend that you do the same. Five stars all the way.”
