She was able to help us with realistic goals and expectations. She stayed with us until we purchased our home at the end of June. During those 8 months, Erica went above and beyond for us. She never told me no. I'd ask her to meet and look at a house at the last minute, call her after business hours. She met me or my husband at every house and was excited about the prospect of each one. She was down to earth and helped us in every way. She went to bat for us about any issues we had with closing. She was fast and reliable. She was also very knowledgeable. As soon as we entered a house, she was able to pinpoint any issues that we didn't notice. She was able to help us get an amazing house that we only dreamed of. She was there for us so much, that our 2 year old starting asking about Erica every time we mentioned we were getting a new house I am absolutely impressed with her 1000 and will recommend her again and again.”
