Eric is a distinguished Realtor, honored as a two-time recipient of the 'Favorite Realtor of the Year' award in Washington County for 2023 and 2024. His sterling leadership also propelled his agency to win the coveted 'Favorite Real Estate Agency of the Year' award.
Specializing in commercial real estate, farm, ranch, and investment properties, Eric brings to the table more than a decade of hands-on experience and comprehensive market knowledge. His journey has seen him wear many hats - from being a Director at the South Central Board of Realtors, The Boys & Girls Club Of Washington County, and The Washington County Chamber Of Commerce, to graduating from the Washington County Leadership Program, the Realtor Institute, Blinn College, and finally Sam Houston State University.
With a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Business Administration, Eric started his career in banking and eventually transitioned into ag and commercial lending. This unique blend of financial and real estate experience provides him with an in-depth understanding of the financial aspects of property transactions. Today, as a full-time Realtor®, Eric leverages his financial acumen and extensive network to provide his clients with holistic and quality real estate service.
