Ellen was terrific in helping us prepare our home for sale, getting it on the market as soon as it was ready, and marketing the house. The videographer she hired was terrific. Her resources also stretched to recommending a house cleaner, A/C folks, painters, a plumber, and a tree service. All of these professionals were reasonably priced and expert in their occupations. She also helped sort through the offers and differentiate between seemingly similar offers. She always seemed to make time for us and responded very quickly to our questions. Ellen was willing and did go above and beyond the "call of duty" to help us with this sale. We'd been in the house for 35 years, so we had a steep learning curve to understand the real estate market of today. We highly recommend Ellen Burton when you need a realtor!

My wife Karla and I just recently became first time homebuyers thanks to Ellen and her team. We worked with Justin, and he was absolutely fantastic. Very responsive and flexible for showings around our schedules. It didn’t matter what time of day, Justin would always respond promptly with any questions (and since it was our first time, we had a lot of questions). They even got us set up with their recommended lender who got us a great interest rate and made the process so smooth. We closed on our house last week, Justin was with us at the closing table and saw it through all the way. We couldn’t be happier with the team that we had and are so grateful for all of them. They went above and beyond for us. We will always recommend Ellen and her team in the future!

We absolutely LOVE Ellen Burton!! For first time Home Owners, we had no idea of all the things that were required of us, but Ellen made it effortless. She helped us tremendously with anything we needed at ANY TIME! She was so prompt and informative with everything. She's the absolute BEST!

I worked with Dakota Burton from Burton Realty and as a first time homebuyer I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Dakota worked with very flexible and worked my busy schedule to show me homes when I was available, he referred me to an amazing lender, he went above and beyond to get all my questions answered, and I honestly felt he had my best interest in mind trying to get me the best deal and incentives. Thanks to Dakota and team, I now have my forever home and couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Dakota for your real estate needs without any hesitation!
