I am certified and hold designations in several areas of real estate which include a Certified Strategic Marketing Specialist (HCSMS) specializing in real estate marketing campaigns, a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) which provides my clients with the best practices for analyzing and pricing residential real estate and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) which focuses on representing buyers in real estate transactions and demonstrate advanced training and expertise in buyer representation. In addition to these certifications, I also have an excellent understanding of real estate and business due to my studies at Champions School of Real Estate and the University of Pittsburgh.
