“Don David has handled real estate purchase transaction very professionally for us and kept us inform about on any finding on deeds,it was tricky doing 1031 Exchange but he coordinated well with his associates,seller and title company.He was available to us, day and night and was so quick to get documents to us. And we closed two day before our deadline for 1031 exchange. Don expertise and advice was a big help to us in acquiring land and maintained great communication throughout the entire process,including visit to city hall numerous time for permitting and so forth and he his continuing helping us. He is the man of integrity,We highly recommend him and he would be definitely our main realtor for our future business in Houston area. We are truly grateful to him and his wife for there input in acquiring property. ”
