I am a professional Real Estate agent who specializes in the buying and selling of residential real estate. When I moved to Texas 12 years ago, we lived in The Woodlands so that our son could attend The Woodlands High School. After our son graduated from TWHS, my husband and I moved to The Heights, a fantastic community in side the inner loop of Houston. I had to once again find out all the "happenings" that were going on around me. I first had to find my way in The Woodlands and then I once again had to navigate my way around a new community when we moved to The Heights. With this knowledge, my clients receive the latest information on The Woodlands, Houston and the surrounding areas. I've made it my professional goal to be able to see my community in the eyes of potential clients. I provide services to The Woodlands, Magnolia, Spring, Tomball, and Houston. When you partner with me as your agent in either your buying or selling needs, I will provide you with a level of assurance that you have made the right financial decision. I joined Walzel Properties team in March of 2014 because I wanted to join an agency that had the same values and work ethic that I value. Before joining Walzel Properties, I was with Keller Williams for one year. I have over 15 years of Real Estate experience from my time that I worked in New York City & here in Texas. With my experience, backed by the integrity of Walzel Properties, my clients know that they are working with a number one team.
My specialty is working with first time home buyers, and buyers who are relocating to the Houston area. I'm able to bring my buyer knowledge to my sellers when I list their homes, due to me working with both buyers and sellers. When I work with seller's, I am able to help my clients list their homes in the best way possible to bring offers from qualified buyers.

I am married to my husband for over 33 years and we have one child whom is 27. Our son graduated from the highly respected Woodlands High School and is now living in Prague. We moved to The Woodlands in 2011 and picked The Woodlands to live because of the amazing schools, the outdoor living that is available to you and also the feel of nature that surrounds you. After our son graduated from TWHS, my husband and I became empty nesters and moved into a townhouse in The Heights in downtown Houston. Before moving to Houston, I lived in New York City and Charlotte, NC and I have over 15 years of experience in residential Real Estate working both in New York & Houston. I enjoy working with families that are looking to either buy or sell properties. Due to my commitment to each client, I'm here to work on their behalf and the relationships that we build are not just transactional, but lifelong.
