His goal is to make the process clear, informed, and comfortable from the first conversation through closing.
With more than 40 years of experience living in the Greater Houston area, David combines deep local knowledge with a strong understanding of the growth taking place throughout Montgomery County and north of Houston. He is especially familiar with communities such as Chambers Creek, Del Webb The Woodlands, Bonterra at Woodforest, Windsor Lakes, and other active adult options in the region.
David holds multiple professional real estate designations, including SRES, ABR, MRP, and MCNE, and is also a KW Real Estate Planner. These credentials support a consultative approach focused on education, negotiation, planning, and helping clients make confident decisions.
