David joined his family business more than 2 decades ago and is now a licensed Broker, achieving well over 1000 hours of education. A graduate of Texas A&M and Leadership North Houston, David volunteers and supports the American Heart Association (Past Co-Chair), Cypress Creek EMS (Past Board Member), Frank Elementary PTO, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo (Past Committee Chair, Current Vice Chair) and Klein Volunteer Fire Department (Past Firefighter), and more. David recently received the prestigious Klein ISD Distinguished Alumni Award while enjoying BBQing and fishing in what little time is left over. Summer Patton brought to the team a background of sales/marketing. She has over 15 years of experience as a Realtor and 2 decades in the industry. Also a graduate of Texas A&M, she enjoys Eventing, owning a horse, and being an equestrian for over 30 years. Summer supports the American Heart Association (Circle of Red, Past Co-Chair), Centrum Arts League (Past Gala Chair), Frank PTO, United States Eventing Association, and is a graduate of Leadership North Houston.
Combined Summer and David are a dedicated couple married for over 20 years and Gleannloch Farm residents for over 15 years. As a team their experiences include representing sellers and buyers with luxury properties, land, commercial land, horse properties, new construction, relocation / corporate moves, first time purchases, investments and more.
