David has been living in the Houston area for 20+ years!

As a multi-time homeowner and a service engineer in the oil and gas sector, he's got firsthand, extensive knowledge of what makes this city and its people and communities so special. After his own rewarding journey with home ownership and property management, David decided to take the next step and become a licensed agent, joining eXp and the Found Realty Group in late 2023.

Through his own experiences, David has been able to learn what tools and information can help first-time home buyers achieve their real estate dreams, growing families find their forever homes, and investors expand their portfolios.

On a personal note, David has a wife, a school-age daughter, and two cats. When he is not working with clients, he enjoys estate sale shopping, gardening, exercising, cooking, mid-century furniture restoration, and hosting game nights. David and his wife are members of St Luke's United Methodist and host regular get-togethers and events.
