I came to David with one request: I want to move, and he did practically everything for me. Once we found the location he did all the legwork for talking with the other folks. I got to sit back, do what he told me to do, and I ended up with a beautiful new home in a perfect location. David was so down to earth and easy to talk to about all the options and negotiations we were going through. I'm so grateful for his clarity and honesty throughout the entire process. I will most definitely be calling him again for help with any real estate endeavors I have in the future!

David was great to work with. I was sent listings that fit the area and price range I was interested in. He set up appointments to tour that worked with my schedule, so I didn’t have to deal with that part. I ended up getting a place that I’m very happy with so far.
