During his multi-decade career, David has closed close to 500 real estate transactions with total sales approaching half of a billion dollars in value.

In years past, David has had the honor of serving as Director for the Texas Association of Realtors as well as serving for numerous years on the Houston Association of Realtors Board. In the past he has served on numerous boards for various Houston-based charities focusing the lion's share of funds raised on a handful of families but since, David has altered his efforts and thrown his weight behind organizations that spend the majority of their capital assisting the thousands of underprivileged children and families in Houston.  By giving back to the city he loves, his ulterior goal is to set a lasting example with his children by teaching them that it is far more rewarding to give than to receive.  When David is not engaging with clients, you will find him partaking in the sharing of hysterical stories with friends that will keep everyone in stitches, planning vacation itineraries with his son, Benjy, playing tennis with his daughter, Ava, or enjoying a date night with his breathtakingly beautiful wife, Lisa.
