I'm a noncompeting Branch Manager and VP of Sales for Coldwell Banker United, Lake Conroe office in Montgomery, Texas. We have a friendly, customer service oriented office that supports, trains, and coaches agents, so they can provide best of class real estate services to our client's.

I was born and raised in Houston and have over 40 years marketing communications, advertising and management experience. I've been fortunate to work with world-class organizations, in oil & gas and real estate, and have been well trained in strategic business processes.

I was a successful agent in the Lake Conroe office, before becoming Branch Manager. I understand new agents just starting out need assistance, assurance and guidance. Seasoned agents need less day-to-day direction, but seek assistance and coaching on how to take their business to the next level. I admit I'm a bit of a "tech hound". I've been at the forefront of technology for the last 25 years. Understanding these technologies helps me lead and train agents on how to use technology to enhance their business and use it to the best advantage for their clients.
