Daniel Ciscomani
Daniel Ciscomani is a Houston real estate professional and investor with more than 15 years of experience in residential real estate.
He is the founder and owner of Avanti Capital Management LLC, the parent company of Intero Real Estate Services and other wholly owned subsidiaries involved in residential brokerage, private lending, and investment management. This combination gives Daniel a practical understanding of every side of a real estate transaction—from identifying and evaluating opportunities to financing, renovating, selling, and holding residential properties.
Before entering Houston real estate, Daniel spent 10 years in institutional finance. He managed $7.5 billion in distressed lending assets at Cerberus Capital Management and oversaw $4 billion in collateralized debt obligations at JPMorgan Chase.
Daniel is a graduate of Thunderbird School of Global Management and Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM). He brings institutional financial discipline, local market knowledge, and straightforward advice to every client and transaction.
