HAR tracks CDOM across listings unless: The property is off-market for 30+ consecutive days A new MLS number is assigned after that gapSo if you want a fresh CDOM, let the listing sit off-market for at least 30 days, then relist with a new MLS ID.For that reason your listing shows 207 days on market, rest it and relist if you want to reset.
