Christopher Williams
Something of a Renaissance man, Christopher Williams has done it all, seen it all, and, through it, developed an enormous capacity to learn, share, help, grow, inspire and shape others’ lives. Born and raised on a farm in Hereford, Texas, a life he loved and where hard work and integrity were engrained in his DNA, Christopher went on to earn an Honors Studies BBA Cum Laude in International Business, as well as a BA in Spanish from Texas Tech University, and then worked and lived abroad for many years.
Through building those business relationships, he developed a cultural sensitivity and great respect for the different ethnicities with whom he worked. The experience was transformative and changed his view about business, success and goal setting. It also led to a greater interest in his personal fitness and that of others. This, in turn, led him to earn certification as a personal fitness trainer. His dedication toward helping clients reach their fitness goals and his ability to make them feel at ease and, quite literally, comfortable in their own skin, has been very rewarding.
Meanwhile, this man of many and varied talents began investing in real estate, buying up properties, adding value with improvements, and ultimately selling them for a profit. Well organized, driven, knowledgeable, and very tech-savvy (he has his own website and blog), Christopher is blessed with a great eye for design and the ability to find hidden gems. That, coupled with his great attention to detail, business savvy, smart investment sense, and understanding the wants and needs of a buyer have ensured success.
In the process, Christopher has developed an enduring love affair with the City of Houston and is ever eager to promote it. His interest in urban development and the unique characteristics of Houston’s neighborhoods have added fuel to that flame. It was inevitable, then, that he would become a Realtor® and share that enthusiasm with sellers and buyers – providing yet one more avenue to better people’s lives and make a difference.
“Having the ability to make a positive change in someone’s life is the greatest gift of all,” says Christopher, who pays it forward as a Volunteer for Susan G Komen. Also a member of the Texas Tech Student Alumni organization and former Special Olympics volunteer, he is working on completing his first half-Ironman competition. But, Christopher’s highest and primary goal is helping his clients achieve the success they desire and deserve.
