Realtor® Christopher O'Docharty, who graduated from Kingwood High School and the University of Texas with a bachelor's degree in Advertising, has a deep love for his community. O'Docharty has much to offer to his clients with his knowledge of advertising and outreach. With an extensive background in advertising from a career that spanned over 15 years working with the Houston Chronicle in their advertising department, O'Docharty then moved onto operating a printing and direct marketing company working with customers from retail to real estate and even non-profits. His primary focus is town homes and residential resale with the goal to assist clients in finding their perfect space. "I chose to work in real estate as a way to truly help people find their dream home. I felt Greenwood King, with their values and family environment, were a great fit for me. It is great they are a private company and are a big part of the Houston real estate scene. In addition, I have had family in the industry for decades," he said. He also appreciates the diversity of Houston and looks forward to meeting new clients. "I have family from all over the world and speak /understand a modest amount of Spanish," he said. "I grew up in Venezuela until the age of five. I have spent most of my life in the Houston area from Kingwood, The Heights, Friendswood and Braeswood for over 35 years. I spent time growing up visiting family in Spain and England which helped shape my appreciation for different cultures, food, and lifestyles." As a father of two children, he enjoys professional sports, live music, concerts, area museums as well as keeping tabs on his alma mater with UT football and basketball.
