Chris Moore and his team did a fantastic job. Proactive in actions and communication. I relocated for a new job and sold my house remotely. I really appreciate how much he helped me. I don't have to go back to the location of home not even once during the selling process he handled marketing prep and sell exceptionally well.

Chris did a fantastic job landing us our new home! He made the home search and home buying process seamless. Our first day of searches was filled with a lot of “we like this, but we don’t like the rest of the house”. Chris listened to us throughout the day, revamped our home search criteria, and came up with a new list of houses to walk through the next day. We loved 2 of the 4 houses we saw that second day and ended up purchasing 1 of them. Chris listened to us and he delivered for us the next day. He was very professional and did not try to push a house on us. We couldn’t be happier!

We could not have asked for a better home selling experience thanks to Chris Moore and his team. Beginning in January 2021, Chris worked with us to help update our home before putting it on the market in April. His recommendations on everything from contractors to styling saved us a lot on our budget and made a huge impact on our eventual sale. His timing and marketing made our listing process extremely quick (we had enough offers within 3 days to stop showing our home, all above asking price). Chris is kind, responsive, and efficient. He had an answer to every question and a solution to every problem that came up. Overall we highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking to sell their home in the Houston area!
