She uses her sales background and her focused communication skills to really hear (not just listen to) clients and identify the physical and emotional needs that can affect their experience. It's a finely honed skill that sets Chanel apart and lets her effectively manage client expectations, communicate clearly and execute stress-free transactions. When she's not assisting clients, Chanel uses her 11-plus years of real estate experience and understanding of current industry developments to help colleagues become industry leaders. She was selected to serve as a Realty ONE Group Lone Star coach - sharing her knowledge with new agents and putting them on the same path to success that Chanel has traveled. After all, not many agents can say they've had a property go under contract - and over list price - in less than six hours. While clients generally work with just their agents during a transaction, the best in the real estate industry understand that success requires a collaborative effort between multiple agents and brokers. And it's here that Chanel's communication skills shine and facilitate the development of long-term relationships. Through these trusting relationships, Chanel has had the opportunity to use her strong negotiating power to get the best prices in any market, delivering proven results to her clients time and time again. And as a Houston-area resident for more than 25 years, it's clear Chanel knows this market inside and out. When she isn't serving clients, Chanel enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She was elected vice president of Stewart Creek Elementary's PTO, and she's on the board of directors for Realty ONE's Caring and Sharing program.
