I met Raquel through HAR when I was interested in leasing. We went to see a house or two when the conversation started to turn towards buying instead of renting/leasing. We looked at a few more houses. Every question I had, since I was a first time home buyer, she was able to answer or find the answer in a timely fashion. We brainstormed for what seems to be a few weeks and finally came up with the perfect location I wanted to live in. Then we boiled it down to a few houses in a brand new neighborhood. I went in with an open mind but didn’t have much hope at a brand new build. But wouldn’t you know, that “a-ha!” moment occurred in that new neighborhood. Contracted, earnest money, financing, closing and boom. Homeownership. Everything was right there, with Raquel by my side the whole way. We were a team with the builder, voicing our concerns, etc and got things done!! Closing was a breeze and the after transaction was awesome!! We have had coffee in my new home a few times talking market, design ideas, etc. Its been a wonderful journey with Raquel.
