Have been a licensed Realtor® since the mid 90's and have worked not only in residential Real Estate but also Commercial, and Multi Family-Housing within the Houston area. Currently a resident of Fort Bend County where I was raised in Richmond but have also lived in the Westchase, Memorial, West University, Montrose, Inner Loop, North Houston, Galleria, and Midtown areas. Have worked with many top 100 local agents as an assistant where I got to know their specialties of the Memorial and Inner Loop areas. Spent many years onsite doing lease-up, renovations, and new construction of more than 17 apartment communities from ground breaking stage to full lease-up with waiting lists. In my time with Multi-Family Housing I was privileged to work side by side 8 Regional Property Managers to maintain over 85 Multi-Housing properties not only in Houston but also in other markets. In recent years I have had the opportunity to work with low-income housing where I got to learn the award process of new developments and how to research the areas in need for development. Privileged to work within an investment team for the past 10 years with properties in Fort Bend and Galveston so far and look forward to new projects. Was a proud Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo volunteer for 15 years supporting children and local businesses. Houston really is where my heart is and love all that it has to offer.
