Casca Roberts, Realtor® and co-owner of Home Topic Realty is a native Houstonian. She grew up in various parts of Houston, graduated from the historic Cy-Fair High School (BFND!), and she completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design in Houston. After being approached by a childhood friend to join the real estate team, and given her passion for art, background in interior design, and her ambitious but personable nature, she decided to give it a wholehearted try. After a few short months, she knew she made the right choice and never looked back! She was able to turn her passions and her natural ability to engage with anyone (be it the first-time homebuyer or the seasoned investor) into a career of making the dream of homeownership or building portfolios come true.Years later, she has partnered with that same close childhood friend who asked her to join his real estate team, and is now the proud co-owner of Home Topic Realty. She still loves working daily with her clients as well training new agents. Casca's appreciation and training in design and architecture sets her apart. She also specializes in greater Houston area, Cypress, Tomball, Magnolia,Lake Conroe, Lake Livingston all the way to Galveston and Crystal Beach! She celebrates her Houston pride by being a longtime volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and also enjoys various artist workshops,traveling and expanding real estate knowledge and designations. She is a certified negotiation expert and does her best to provide the best experience she can to all clients!
