As a broker, he is passionate and relentless. He has over 25 years of experience in business, customer service, sales, marketing, and remodeling. Originally from Puerto Rico (El sí habla Español), Carlos has lived in the greater Houston area since 1986. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Houston. He has been married to his wife Leslie for over 25 years. Together, they share two wonderful young adult children and a not so well behaved maltipoos, Kiko & Stitch.

Carlos is very committed to giving back to his community, both through his professional service and personal volunteer efforts. Currently, he is part of the board of directors for Child Advocates of Ft Bend, and serves as National Exchange Club Foundation Immediate Past President. He is a past president of the Exchange Club of Sugar Land, past Treasurer & President of the After Hours Exchange Club of Fort Bend, and the Exchange Club TX-LA Gulf Coast District Past President. The Exchange Club is focused on bettering communities through projects that promote Americanism, Community Service, Youth Activities, and the Prevention of Child Abuse.

In his free time, Carlos loves to be surrounded by friends and family. On any given weekend, you'll probably find him relaxing in the pool or riding his motorcycle through the Hill Country.
