Cara Karbach is no stranger to moving & all that comes with those decisions. As the daughter of two military parents moving around a lot came with the territory, and that trend has continued into adulthood. Cara relocated to the Houston area in 2007 for work post-college and has lived in the following Houston areas: West Memorial, Oak Forest, the Heights, Galleria and The Woodlands. She also has significant personal/professional knowledge in Katy, Memorial Villages, Cypress, Meyerland and Bellaire. These local experiences have helped equip deep rooted knowledge of the Houston real estate market.
Cara has a business background in corporate finance and capital projects, with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA with emphasis in Economics. Drawing on those years of experience, she brings to the table effective communication and negotiating skills. But what she really loves most about making the transition into the real estate sector, is giving compassionate care to her clients and helping to guide them through decisions. She is always equipped with local market knowledge and committed to continuing professional education to stay up-to-date on the changing real estate markets as a way to help clients achieve their home buying/selling goals.

Cara was extremely responsive throughout the process, provided sound advice about "appropriate pricing," provided recommendations on local contractors and other businesses to help us with house prep and clean-out. She never pressured us. She was willing to "flip the script" from putting the house on the market after the estate sale to putting it on the market before the estate sale (using select home furnishings for staging) so that we could get the house on the market in a timely manner. And she patiently answered my MANY questions throughout the process. Throughout the process she was pleasant, helpful, and insightful.
