Candace Blue is the Co-Owner and Broker of NextHome Luxury Premier, a respected coach, mentor, social media strategist, and author of 12 Months to Mastery. With nearly 20 years of Human Resources experience and a proven track record in real estate, she is passionate about helping both clients and agents achieve their goals. Formerly the Team Leader of Houston Luxury Living, Candace is recognized for her energetic leadership, creativity, and strong negotiation skills.

Candace’s results speak for themselves. She has earned NextHome’s President’s Circle Award as both an independent agent and team leader, guided her team to more than $30 million in sales volume, and led her office to the prestigious NextHome Pinnacle Office Award. Outside of real estate, Candace enjoys family life with her two daughters, Paige and Gabrielle, and their rescue dog, Ace. She is active in her community as a member of National Charity League, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, and Jack and Jill of America.
