Sometimes you need direction for more than just the right house and location, such as property tax, home owners insurance, utility companies, and service companies, etc. During the option period there were times Bryan met inspectors on my behalf in my absence. He met me all over the Houston area with no hesitation to look at property and he gladly showed me more than 30 listings over a period of a few months.
