We decided to sell our previous home to downsize and use equity to pay off some debt and do some investing as well. With two older kids no longer at home, we wanted to go a bit smaller. We wanted a realtor that was going to do more than just list the house. We wanted someone that was going to utilize multiple methods and be aggressive in marketing the home. The Bridget Moore group was recommended to us by a mutual friend. After our initial consult with the team, Sean became our main point of contact/realtor. Sean was an integral part of our home being sold in the time frame it was. He was very attentive, helpful, and we felt that he was genuinely involved in the process and wanted what was best for us. Erica McLane and the Bridget Moore Group did a fantastic job helping me sell my parents home. The task was a bit daunting considering my last surviving parent had no will. But Erica and the BMG took care of many issues that would have taken myself an extreme amount of time and money to get resolved. I want thank all of them for all of their hard work, making my life easier and a lot less stressful. 😁

I had the absolute best experience with the Bridget Moore Group. I could brag about Felisha all day. She’s not only an incredible realtor, but an even better person. From the very beginning, she made the experience of searching for and buying my first home feel personal and special. I never felt like just a client. She was intentional about every home we viewed and made sure each one was worthwhile. Felisha helped me find a beautiful home where I now get to raise my baby, and I’m so grateful for her. When my lender dragged their feet and caused us issues with escrow, she stepped in, advocated for me, and got everything handled. I would recommend Felisha and the Bridget Moore Group without hesitation to anyone looking to buy a home.

Lori Hinman has been a great realtor for my wife and I, and we’ve trusted her through multiple home purchases as well as multiple sales. Her flexibility has been incredible, especially since we work from home and often needed to coordinate showings around our daily routines. She brought such a fun, and reliable presence throughout the entire process. I always felt completely comfortable asking her any question, big or small. She explained everything clearly and never made us feel rushed or unsure.I’d recommend Lori to anyone looking for a realtor.

A few years ago, my wife and I became empty nesters. This year we decided it was time to downsize so that we could both reduce our expenses and have less weekly maintenance on our home allowing us more time to travel. Having been in our home for over 20 years, it was a tough decision. Many memories for all of us as it was the only house the kids have ever known. But it was time. When we started looking for a realtor, we wanted someone local, someone that would be transparent throughout the process and someone we felt we could trust. A friend in the business gave us a few referrals to start our process and almost immediately we landed on Bridget Moore. We simply felt comfortable and aligned after reviewing her website, seeing a bit about her history, her experience and her support of the military, first responders and teachers (my wife was a teacher). Throughout the process we had ups and downs in a very volatile market for sellers, but Bridgette and team kept us informed, pursued potential buyers that had shown interest and were transparent about the buyer feedback and the actions we needed to consider to finally close on a sale. Bridget also greatly simplified the offer and counteroffer process by describing in email what was being offered and providing a recommendation for our counter. I never really needed to review the contract as everything was spelled out very clearly by Bridget right up front. While it was an emotional experience in many ways, Bridget and team made it as easy as it could be. If you are looking to buy or sell, Bridget will absolutely take care of you. My one suggestion, be realistic with yourself on what you can afford and/or what the market is willing to pay. We all want to buy cheap and sell high, but what really matters is that you get the value you want and the happiness you are seeking the day you close.
