Brian relocated to Houston over 20 years ago, from his hometown in Georgia, to pursue a career in retail management. Over the next two decades, he moved up quickly into multiple corporate leadership positions and played a key role in developing teams and processes on different sides of the business. While Brian's corporate career was taking off, he began investing in real estate in early 2013. As his portfolio of properties in Texas and Georgia grew, so did Brian's interest in real estate and, in 2019, he left his corporate retail career to focus solely on real estate. Through his corporate retail and personal real estate experiences Brian has developed the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate business deals and all the nuances of the real estate process. Brian believes professionalism, integrity, trustworthiness, effective time management, clear and timely communication, agility, availability and guidance, and support well beyond closing are key factors to creating a positive and calm real estate experience for his clients.
