Eric is a commercial real estate agent who also specializes in farm, ranch, and investment properties. He is a Director for the South Central Board of Realtors, Director for The Boys & Girls Club Of Washington County, Director for The Washington County Chamber Of Commerce, graduate of the Washington County Leadership Program, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Blinn College Alumni, & Graduate of Sam Houston State University. He brings over a decade's worth of experience in real estate transactions and market knowledge and now owns a real estate investment company.

Eric graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and started his career in banking and eventually into ag and commercial lending. His experience within the banking industry provides him with a unique perspective on the financial side of real estate.
