I'm a realtor, amateur blogger, digital marketing guru, a lover of timeless fashion, a born and raised Texas girl, and an old soul that would rather be reading if left to my own devices. Most days you can find me working from home with a coffee in my hand, and a toddler with scattered toys at my feet, I'm a dog mom to the sweetest bird dog Finn and a wife to my wonderful husband Beau. I'm a big believer in living life walking by faith not sight, and I believe God has a plan that works divinely through others as we are all connected. As a Realtor, I've been featured on the Moms in Real Estate Podcast where I explained how I utilize video as a means to educate and empower my local community. I'm a closet home decor hoarder which comes at a benefit to my clients as I have a secret love of staging homes and interior design. When I'm not busy working on negotiating contracts or looking at pictures of homes you can catch me Chasing a toddler around outside, riding backroads in my husband's jeep (which terrifies me to drive because it's a stick shiftyikes), or probably ordering something off of Target or Amazon! Having lived out-west most of my life (Alaska, California, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada and Utah), I am no stranger to cultural diversity and extreme climate change. I only wish it hadn't taken me so long to find Texas! I moved to Brenham in March of 2017 where I absolutely fell in love with the warm weather and southern charm! Outside of family and career, I enjoy an active lifestyle that includes swimming, hunting and fishing just to name a few of my hobbies. I began my real estate career in 2006 in Elko, Nevada and discovered my vocational passion. My Texas real estate portfolio includes Residential, Farm & Ranch, and Commercial properties in Washington and several surrounding counties. I firmly believe that although real estate is serious business, it doesn't have to be stressful and my ultimate goal goes far beyond just closing the deal. Real estate came naturally over the years, and being a realtor and serving others is something I truly enjoy! My husband and I own Wood Hydro Link Irrigation and Wood Landscaping & Irrigation. Being self-employed with multiple businesses, I know what it is to work hard. I personally understand the challenges the road to home ownership can bring. A few more fun facts about me: I feel blessed to have had two careers in my lifetime thus far. I graduated from Texas A&M University '02 with a degree in education. As a former teacher, I am still active in the community within the school district and in our local church. I was raised locally to this area, and my husband, Jordan, and I couldn't imagine raising our three girls anywhere but here. In my free time, you can find me enjoying the outdoors while walking my dogs, gardening, hiking, camping with my family, and driving through the countryside to take in the beautiful views.
