Eric graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and started his career in banking and eventually into ag and commercial lending. Linda Niehuus has been involved in real estate, in some form or fashion, since 1973, during which time she worked as a sales associate in the Memorial area. When living internationally, she put her agent skills on 'hold,' but continued to own and manage rental property. Now a long-time resident of Austin County, Linda specializes in country homes, farms, ranches and equestrian facilities. She enjoys listing and showing properties in Brenham, Bellville, Fayetteville, New Ulm and other the surrounding areas--working in a four-county area. "Real estate is what I know and love," she says.
