Susan Schulenberg Kiel, Broker/Owner of Market Realty, Inc, With 15+ years working in real estate Susan enjoys helping others find their place in the country, the city or in between and devotes everything she has to representing her clients interests. Jo Ann Holba admits, “I love Bellville and Austin County as much today as the first day I moved here in 1974.” It’s no wonder she has grown to become a multi-million dollar producer: she can’t resist showing off the rolling hills, spring wildflowers, and small town charm that she loves so much. Texas native Alli White leads clients to success with a passion for helping clients find the perfect place to call home. As the wife of a professional athlete, she has a firsthand understanding of how stressful moving can be, and she's long been the go-to resource when her husband and his teammates need a new place to live for the season. Born and raised in Brenham, Alli earned a bachelor's degree in education from Abilene Christian University, where she also played softball. She credits her experience as a student-athlete for forming her strong work ethic, discipline and resiliency. Alli's competitive nature makes her a natural at negotiations, while juggling school and sports made her a master of organization and multitasking. As a proud member of the Southern District Properties Group at Compass, she looks forward to fulfilling the team's mission of making real estate dreams a reality throughout the Texas Triangle, including Brenham, Bellville and Round Top. Alli and her husband reside in a Houston golf course community with their two dogs, Letty and Mac. In her free time, she can be found cheering him on, golfing, fishing and spending time with her family on their Brenham ranch.

When I am not working on real estate, you can find me with my husband and our five children (yes, you read that right, 5!). Although almost all are grown-up and have moved away from home, being a mom is a never-ending role. From camping to taking family trips, our time as a family is so important. I am known for being a warm, dedicated, hard worker with a little bit of hilarity up my sleeve. I love animals, I even worked on a horse breeding farm and moved to California right out of high school for my job! I am always up for learning something new (just ask my kids!) and appreciate a challenge.
